Payment
We offer several payment options to make the ordering process as convenient as possible for both retail customers and legal entities, dealers, or regular partners.
Payment online (by bank card)
After confirming your order, you can make an online payment through the secure LiqPay payment service. We accept payments from Visa and MasterCard cards.
Payment is made on a secure page with proper authorization. After a successful transaction, you will receive a confirmation via email. The entire process takes no more than a few minutes. This is the most convenient option for retail orders or quick purchases from a mobile phone or laptop.
Payment by invoice (for legal entities / individual entrepreneurs)
If you represent a company, store, manufacturer, or service center, we will prepare a complete set of documents for payment via bank transfer.
After the order is confirmed, we will send the invoice to your email.
Payment is made to the bank details of our company. Once the funds are received in our account, the goods will be shipped within 1–2 business days.
Suitable for orders of any volume.
You receive all accompanying documents: delivery note, certificate of completion of work (if required), and certificates. This option is ideal for businesses operating officially, with full reporting and proper documentation.
Delivery
We arrange reliable delivery of our products throughout Ukraine. We work with trusted logistics operators who ensure fast and safe transportation of your order. You can choose the delivery method that is most convenient for you:
Delivery via Nova Poshta to a branch – the fastest and most convenient option for most orders. The shipment is sent to the Nova Poshta branch closest to you (or to the branch number provided when placing the order). After shipment, you will receive an SMS or email with the tracking number.
Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on your region. The delivery cost is determined according to Nova Poshta’s rates and is payable upon receipt.
All shipments are insured according to the value of the order. This method is ideal for small to medium-sized orders.
Delivery via SAT Company
For customers serviced through SAT Company, we offer shipping via this courier service. SAT has an extensive network of logistics centers and warehouses, as well as convenient delivery options for industrial cargo.
This service is convenient for large, heavy, or non-standard cargo (for example, long-stroke hydraulic cylinders). Delivery can be made either to a branch or directly to the customer's address. Delivery time — from 1 to 4 business days. Insurance and cargo monitoring at all stages. We recommend SAT if you need door-to-door service or plan bulk shipments.
Delivery via Delivery Company — another reliable logistics partner. Thanks to a large number of warehouses and branches across Ukraine, it provides reliable delivery for small and medium-sized businesses.
Suitable for orders of any volume.
Available options include door-to-door delivery or delivery to a branch. Optimal rates and the option of cash on delivery. The option to create online waybills for regular customers. Delivery is an excellent option if you value reliability, predictability, and wide geographic coverage.
