General Provisions
We value the trust of our customers and process the exchange and return of goods in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumers' Rights". The return period is 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.
Conditions for Returning Goods of Proper Quality Requirements:
The product has not been used and shows no signs of operation (no traces of installation, grease/oil, scratches on the paintwork).
The marketable condition and consumer properties are preserved.
The complete set and the integrity of the packaging are preserved.
Availability of a settlement document (receipt, delivery note).
Custom-made goods (for example, hydraulic cylinders manufactured according to customer drawings with non-standard parameters) are not subject to return or exchange if they meet the declared characteristics (drawings) and have no defects.
Goods of Inadequate Quality (Warranty Case)
All products (gear pumps, oil gear pumps, gear motors, hydraulic cylinders) manufactured by Vinnytsia Aggregate Plant LLC are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. If a manufacturing defect or malfunction is detected during operation, the consumer may demand free repair or replacement with a similar product. The seller is obliged to inspect the quality of the goods and satisfy the claim within 14 business days.
The warranty does not cover:
products with an expired warranty period;
cases of violation of the rules and operating conditions specified in the product passport;
products used for purposes other than intended;
products that have sustained mechanical damage;
cases of violation of the conditions for transportation, storage, and installation;
products that have been disassembled and washed by the end consumer.
Procedure: for a warranty case, the client must fill out a claim report (reclamation report).

Product inspection: the time frame for inspecting the product at the warehouse is up to 7 business days. Warranty repair: the time frame for warranty repair is up to 14 business days.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges
Warranty case (defective product): shipping is paid by the seller.
Return of a non-defective product: shipping is paid by the buyer.
Refunds
For individuals: to the IBAN details of the card/account from which the payment was made (within 7 days from the moment the goods are received back).
For legal entities: to the current accounts from which the payment was made (within 7 days from the moment the goods are received back). Terms: According to the law — up to 7 days from the moment of receipt and inspection of the goods.
