What is the production time for the pumps?
90% of gear pumps are always available from our warehouse. Otherwise, the production time is 5 working days.
What is the production time for hydraulic cylinders?
Popular and standard hydraulic cylinders are available in stock. In other cases, production takes up to three weeks.
What components are used to manufacture the products?
Hydraulic cylinders: Our hydraulic cylinders use components from European manufacturers.
Seals: Guarnitec (Italy)
Rod: Nimet (Romania) and ASO H&P (Italy)
Body (tube): Marcegaglia Carbon Steel (Italy)
Own casting production?
Vinnytsia Aggregate Plant has its own in-house casting production for gear pump components (a closed production cycle, all parts are cast on-site)
Is the rod forged or welded?
In the production of hydraulic cylinders, we use forged rod heads and forks, which, after machining, are welded to the rod using modern semi-automatic welding equipment.
The seal on the gear pump has been blown out. What is the cause?
The pump was incorrectly selected. For example, a gear pump NSH10D-3L (left rotation) is used on the tractor, but mistakenly an NSH10D-3 (right rotation) pump was installed.
